This includes:

A short bio or “About Me”
Descriptions of your services or offers
Any pricing (if applicable)
Contact info (email, phone, address if needed)
Format: Google Doc, Word Doc, Notion link, or even plain text—whatever works
✅ Brand Photos or Visuals (Optional but HIGHLY Recommended)
These help make your site feel personal and professional
Headshots, product photos, lifestyle images, etc.
Stock photography is okay if you don’t have your own yet

A: Your 24-hour build includes 1 round of post-launch revisions within 7 days. After that, any further edits may be billed separately. Most clients are thrilled after Round 1.
Q: Can you help me write the copy?
A: You’ll need to come with a rough draft—but don’t worry, we’ll polish it for clarity, flow, and conversion as we build. Need more help? We can refer you to a copywriter.
Q: What platforms do you use?
A: All sites are built on Squarespace. It’s user-friendly, powerful, and easy for you to update after launch.
Q: Will I be able to make changes myself after it’s live?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a personalized Launch Guide with instructions on how to update your site on your own.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: Things happen! You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your build date. After that, reschedules may be subject to a rebooking fee.
Q: What happens if I cancel after I’ve already booked?
A: Your booking fee is non-refundable once the prep email has been delivered. That’s because a time slot was reserved specifically for you and resources were allocated. If you’re unsure about your readiness, book a consultation first.
Q: Can I request a refund if I change my mind during the build?
A: Because of the fast turnaround and upfront prep, refunds aren’t offered once work begins. We recommend only booking once you’ve reviewed all requirements and are fully ready to launch.
Q: What if I don’t submit everything on time?
A: We’ll send a checklist to keep you on track. But if required assets aren’t submitted at least 48 hours before your build date, you’ll need to reschedule—and a rebooking fee may apply.
Q: What if I ghost you after booking?
A: Life happens, but if we don’t hear from you within 10 days of your scheduled launch and you haven’t submitted materials, your booking is forfeited. No refunds. No rollovers.

To keep this experience smooth, fair, and efficient for everyone involved, here are the core policies and boundaries you agree to when booking a 24-Hour Website Launch:
✅ Booking Terms
All booking fees are non-refundable once the confirmation email is sent (this locks in your time slot and starts the prep process).
Your 24-hour build will not begin until all required assets (logo, copy, etc.) have been submitted in full.
If assets are not submitted at least 48 hours prior to your build date, you will need to reschedule and a $100 rebooking fee may apply.
⏳ Timing & Communication
Your site will be designed and delivered within 24 hours of your confirmed start time (not your booking time).
One round of revisions is included and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Delays in communication on your end may result in delays in launch and/or forfeiture of your spot.
❌ Refunds & Cancellations
There are no refunds once your build begins or if you fail to show up/prep properly.
If you ghost or abandon the process for more than 10 days, your booking is considered forfeited.

This service is a premium, fast-track website build intended for business owners who are ready to launch with clarity, strategy, and momentum. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
📄 Terms of Service
Your booking fee is non-refundable once the confirmation email is sent.
Your 24-hour build does not begin until all required materials are submitted.
The package includes one round of revisions, which must be submitted within 7 calendar days of initial site delivery.
All additional edits, platform add-ons, or service upgrades requested outside the scope of the original build will be billed separately.
🌐 Platform + Third-Party Responsibility
Your website will be built on the Squarespace platform. The $2,000 booking fee does not include the cost of a Squarespace subscription, domain name, or any third-party apps or integrations.
Clients are solely responsible for setting up and paying for:
Their Squarespace plan (monthly or annual billing options available)
Their domain purchase and renewal (through Squarespace or another provider)
Any third-party tools, apps, or software integrations requested (e.g. email marketing platforms, booking tools, payment processors, etc.)
We will assist with basic guidance for connecting your domain and setting up your hosting, but all costs and ongoing management are your responsibility.
